The rooms were huge, with plenty of space for 7 people. The 2 toilets were convenient, and the bathroom was large. The living room was spacious and there were plenty of beds. The location, just 1 minute from Hiroshima station, was perfect. Authentic Japanese food options were available nearby. The check-in staff were exceptional, allowing us to store our luggage for day trips and late departures.

Likes Great facilities with modern amenities such as a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious bathroom. the location was perfect since it was just a short walk away from the train station and close to various public transportation options. Plus, there were plenty of local eating options nearby which was a huge convenience.

Dislikes the entrance of the hotel was a bit difficult to find, but it was mainly due to our choice of exiting the station. It would have been helpful if the hotel provided more detailed directions or landmarks to help guests find the entrance more easily.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the central station. The apartment was modern, spacious, and extremely clean. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient. They allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and stored it for us after check-out while we explored the city. The room amenities were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable sitting area, and a dining table. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the free toiletries and washing machine were a nice bonus. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and luggage storage added to the convenience. we highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

There were loud noises from people outside and the nearby trains, which made it difficult to sleep.
